Shipping
We currently offer free standard shipping on all items. Items typically ship in 3-5 business days and arrive within 2-6 business days. The carrier (UPS or USPS) will be automatically selected based on the shipping address. All shipments are fully insured and securely packed. We will send an email notification with tracking information once your package has shipped.
All orders require signature upon delivery.
Returns
Esveri upholds the highest standard of quality for each of our products. We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed expectations. Every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 15 days of receiving your order and we will gladly provide a refund. If an item has been worn or is not in its original condition, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:
You will need to obtain a Return Ticket ID before sending your returned item back to Esveri. Please contact us by email to receive the return instructions.
• Contacting by email: Please email orders@esveri.com with your order number and the request for a refund. We will then email you Return Ticket ID and return shipping instructions.
A Package without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted for refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is no longer in sellable condition. If the item is approved, your refund will be automatically issued to the original method of payment. We will notify you as soon as we process the return. Transactions can often take several business days to appear on your credit card statement.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR A RETURNED ITEM?
After we receive the returned item, it takes up to 5 days to complete the return process. A refund will be issued within 1 to 5 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
